What happens before dispatch?
We photograph the quality check and packed parcel before dispatch, then send both to the billing email. A tracking number is provided after dispatch.
How does delivery work?
South Africa standard delivery is US$5.40 per order. Orders of US$60.65 or more receive free standard delivery. Estimated delivery is up to 14 business days after order confirmation; this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
What are the returns rights?
If a product does not meet applicable quality requirements, a customer may request a return, repair, replacement or refund within six months after delivery, in line with applicable South African consumer law.
